We all have to draw the line somewhere at some point in our lives. Many times this means making decisions that we are afraid of making; decisions that usually change our lives. The ending of a relationship is a prime example of these life-altering choices and as many of us know it is anything but easy. The idea of putting an end to life-long friendships and intimate relationships can stir up emotions so raw and painful that at times we feel that it is easier to remain involved in these toxic situations rather than confronting the truth.  Our decision to break free from these bonds must be born from a place deep within our hearts, where self-love and forgiveness live freely. When we have reached the point where settling for someone or something is no longer acceptable we will begin our journey towards understanding our true value and purpose in life.
